Hi, I just graduated and now interested in preparing for the CPA. I am mainly using becker and have a few questions. I am interested in taking the online classes and I really do not know how to schedule them. Just making a quick schedule (like college) I am leaving 2 weeks in between classes. I was reading on forums people take about 4-6 weeks after the class to prepare then take the class etc. So is it better to buy 1 section at a time pass then buy the next section? Becker offers a discount if you buy all four and just don’t really know how to set them apart. I know every person is different, but I just have no clue how well this class will prepare me for the exam without extra studying or if I need to do more studying after the class. Thanks

Becker has a cool scheduling tool. Tell it how long you want to study and it will set you up. Or tell it when you want to take the exam and it will tell you how much to study.

For me the most important thing was setting time to do all the multiple choice questions. Depending on you, you could do it in 2 weeks or 8 weeks.

You have to pass all 4, so it's better to buy the whole thing. You'll have 18 months to pass.
