Well, I got my license in Nov 2013 but my husband is still working on the tests. Now I feel like I should do something to help him or cheer him up but I really don’t know how…After passing the tests, I want to go shopping and movies with him but I feel bad because it seems I waste his time indirectly. But if I do nothing, I feel bored…

Does anyone here have some ideas about this situation??

    BEC-77!
    FAR-60, 83!
    REG-66, 72, 75!

@nishvik-Thank you for your tips!! 🙂 last time, I went out to watch movie in the cinema alone because I felt guilty to watch it home but when I came home and saw his depressed face, I felt more guilty…aaaaa, drove me crazy~

    OK, back to business-

For AUD, with the previous experience, well, I didn't read most part of my book but only special report and other assurance services parts which were my weak parts. I focused on going through all the slides in the CPA excel since they summarized the key points of the chapters so I can speed up.I bought CPA review for free for MCQs and updated Ninja notes. So I did tons of MCQs to practice… What really helped me is Wiley test banks which you have already bought. It really gave me all the details I needed for my tests. But generally, I think, to pass AUD, you really need do a lot of questions…Personally, I feel WTB is harder than the actual tests. So if you feel some questions are very frustrating, don't worry about it too much!

As you mentioned, you are weak on Sims. But I think if you can do A LOT OF MCQs, it can help you build more solid foundation so it will directly improve your Sims.

    Hope it helps!

There is always one thing that cheers up any man. Just be creative.

    F - 79 5/31/13
    R - 68 07/12/13 Retake 88! 10/18/13
    B - 78 08/31/13
    A - 64 01/03/14 Retake 75! 5/23/14 I would rather have a 75 than a 99 any day!

Shan: Remember how difficult this process can be and let this time be about him. Once he has passed, you will your whole lives to have fun and go out and have new experiences. For now, find some good books to read or a hobby and let this be about him and what he needs. The best support you can give right now is to NOT distract him during designated study times. This “boring” time will pass and you will have your fun guy back.

Watch “Billy Madison”. There's a great idea embedded in that movie.

What if you took up a ‘quiet' habit? Check out some books at the library, knit/crochet/scrapbook, put headphones in and watch some gushy/romantic movies he'd have no interest in watching. It can be lonely studying for the CPA, so if you sit with him at the table/couch and do something quiet, he might feel less lonely.

Every hour or so, quiz him with some flashcards or have him explain/'teach' something to you. The faster he's done, the faster you BOTH can enjoy free time!!

    R - *77*(02/'13)-Becker & NINJA
    A - 71('11); *87*(04/'13)-Becker & NINJA
    F - *76*(08/'13)-Becker & NINJA - "server upgrade" survivor
    B - 60('11); *82*(10/'13) -Becker & NINA

    DONE, DONE, AND DONE.
