How Long did your Application Process Take?

    Hello everyone,

I am new to the CPA circuit (began studying 12/14) and new to the forum. I recently put in my application (and sent the additional documentation) to NASBA (I’m from Pennsylvania). I’m eager to get my NTS so I can pin down the date of my first exam so I can accurately plan my study schedule. My question for all of you, how long did your application process take (from the time you submitted the material to the time you received your NTS)?

    Thanks!

Mine took 8 days from the day I sent in my application to the day I received my NTS.

Thank you for your feedback everyone! Seems like 7-10 days is the most common with a few outliers (have you guys submitted all supplemental documentation?). Hopefully I get mine soon!

I applied to Maine on the 15th. They sent an email today to say my education is deficient (it's not.. they just haven't received my additional transcript, which they will in a few days). If they had received it, my education would have been fine and I would probably be getting my NTS next week.

If you don't hear soon, give them a call. I had credits from high school from the local junior college that I didn't realize also needed a transcript sent (they do show up on my university transcripts, so I didn't know they needed a separate one). So, if there is a delay, they should be able to tell you why.
