Hey everyone,

I’ve been practicing for the Auditing section’s simulations on Becker, and I feel as if the search function is awful. None of the proper sections seem to appear in the search results. However, when I practice the sims using the AICPA’s 6 month free subscription to their professional library, I will use the EXACT SAME SEARCH KEYWORDS and the correct section that I need for my answer usually appears at the top or near the top in the search results. Is this what we’ll have to deal with during the actual test, or will the search function be more functional?

Auditing - 96
Financial - 93
Regulation - 88
Business - 91

Yeah the search is terrible, and it is terrible on the exam too.

Learn how to work around how terrible it is. When searching for a topic, definitely use the search for topics “containing all these words” and then once you find the topic you want, I suggest using the ‘search within' button.
