Study MonkMemberA quarter spoonful of turmeric and a glass of water.
I spoke to an ancient wise man who sent me on a mushroom induced journey through an ancient forest to find the key to passing the CPA exam. A talking spider monkey told me to throw the last of my drinking water in the dirt to find what I was looking for. So I followed his instructions and the following message appeared in the soil:
"Do 5000 multiple choice questions for each section"

ignoreitMemberJeff, I can't tell if you're serious haha. I rarely drink coffee. But when I really need it, I can't get past 2-3 cups a day.
CPAhereIam, I like to do several push-ups when I start feeling tired, drink a cup or two of cold water, and grab an apple to snack on.

10keyLeahMemberVitamins and exercise are good. Do a few jumping jack in between study sessions. Dance, stretch, clean something, or whatever to get you moving. Coffee helps if you can drink it, but it can cause you to crash too. Maybe try tea or cold water. Reward yourself with a snack in-between studying like cheese, nuts, fruits. Sugary junk may cause you to crash soon after. Turn off distractors like the TV, Facebook, etc. A good night of sleep can help.

Study MonkMemberSince its new years and I have free weights at my house I am going to do 3 sets of one exercise between some of my 1 hour study sessions. I will eat and shower between the rest.

A talking spider monkey told me to throw the last of my drinking water in the dirt to find what I was looking for. So I followed his instructions and the following message appeared in the soil:

jlondonMember@CPAhereIam Jog around the block… also what I think matters the most is your mindset…. Just imagine the desperation you are in need to pass this exam.. If you don't pass, you will be locked out of your life again for another 3 months.. just think that over and over, and think you're not tired…
They say… you trick your mind with a lie long enough, it becomes the truth.. or however that line goes… just think you're not tired, and you will not be tired..
