Around the start of last week, logging into Kaplan’s website has become a hassle. At first, I thought it was because the site was down for maintenance – as stated on the main page.
My problem is this: After I type in my log-in information, the page takes AT LEAST three minutes to load. Right now, I’m going on 10 minutes of waiting. “Customer service” said it’s a firewall or internet connection or remote viewer software. I have accessed this site from 3 different devices/internet connections without issue prior to last week.
Is it possible that the log-in is slower because my “subscription” only lasts until July 30th? That’s the only thing I can think of.

F - 77Used Kaplan for FAR, BEC, AUD, and the first 2 REG attempts. I started using NINJA about 2 weeks before my 3rd REG attempt. I believe it's why I was so close to passing and why I passed the 4th time. USE IT FROM THE BEGINNING.
