    Hello,

So I have decided to take my CPA exams. I’ve been reading a lot of posts here and I still have some questions that I was hoping someone could assist me with!

I decided to take the Becker review course (Saturdays Starting March 2014). The way the Becker course falls, I can take two exams within each test window or one test on each test window (except in one test window two will be taken).

Audit – Becker in March and Test at beginning of April

Regulation – Becker in April and Test end of May

Business – Becker End of May and Test in July

Financial – Becker July-August and Test end of August

    OR

Audit – Becker in March and Test at beginning of April

Business – Becker End of May and Test in July

Financial – Becker July-August and Test end of August

Regulation – Becker in October and Test in November

I just wanted to get some input from people who have dealt with this…

    Thanks!

@lsp2361 I hope so but who knows. I feel like I should not have left AUD for last since it was soo boring to study for. That plus the total lack of motivation I have for the fourth exam means that I didn't prepare as much as I should have for AUD. What are you doing differently to pass it this time around? I've heard adding the Wiley Test Bank can make the difference. Also, are your other scores going to begin expiring soon?

This time I am studying hard on sims with Gleim and using WTB. WTB doesn't seem much different than Becker to me, but I am experiencing different questions instead of accidentally memorizing Becker's. I passed BEC first on Aug 2013, FAR Oct 2013, and REG Nov 2013, so I have plenty of time. (Failed AUD May, July, and Dec). As you can see, I have “aced” every exam EXCEPT AUDIT!!! UGH!!

    BEC 80
    FAR 86
    REG 80
    AUD 73, 68, 72, 90!!

When did they change to 12 months for live? I bought my materials last year and did the live classes and the software was good for 18 months. Luckily, I did not need that.

I agree on the live classes, if I had to do it over, I would do self study. The live classes would be better but it seems everyone's goal in there was to get out of class as soon as possible.

I stressed about having FAR last but it worked out. While covering a lot of material, I thought it was the easiest section since it covered material I do on a daily basis.

    Reg - Passed 82 Nov 2012 - Becker
    Aud - Passed 86 May 2013 - Becker
    BEC - Passed 88 Aug 2013 - Becker
    FAR - Passed 88 Nov 2013 - Becker

Idk when they changed it, but I noticed it when I looked at the expiration dates for my software. I asked my becker instructor about it and that's what he told me!
