I sat for FAR on the 23rd and took a week off of studying and I’m having the hardest time getting motivated to study again. My plan was to start studying for BEC this week and to get through two chapters per week and sit for the test on the 3rd. But with the score release 4 days away and my brain still somewhat “fried” from FAR, I’m having a really hard time absorbing any of this information. I’ve gotten through the lecture for B1 and about 30% of the homework questions so far but nothing seems like it’s sticking. How do you guys get back into studying mode?
I’m tempted to move my test back to July 11th and only study lightly for B1 this week and then hopefully I can focus on my test, once I know my score for FAR. My dilemma is that I’m going to Italy for work for 10 days on July 12th and I still have to take Audit before my credit for REG expires on August 28th. I just really need my brain to make the switch from financial accounting to managerial accounting but so far, that has definitely not happened.
