we got a recliner at a yard sale for about $25, I sit with pillows in my lap and my book on top to read. Worth the $25. I also downloaded the wiley notes to my Kindle, much easier than a big heavy book!

If you want a stand I would recommend just looking in the picture frame section of Target, Walmart, or Hobby Lobby and just buy one of those iron or wooden easels that can hold a picture frame or a decorative plate, I think that would work and would probably be under $10. If you're extremely frugal, look at Ross first.

The recliner is my favorite place to study since I can get comfortable without getting sore from sitting for long periods of time. I also invested in one of those bedrests to study in bed late at night:

I use a book lift I got at a local office store. It holds the Wiley books without trouble and it was only $10.

It works well for studying at a desk.
