I will point out one thing here regarding your journey…you've overcome a lot and are dealing with a lot of problems and only you know how that affects you. I dealt with lots of setbacks as well.
But one thing doesn't change. You have passed all the exams, there isn't an exam you haven't made it through. You just need to get through them all at the same time so you don't hold credit. But you've already proven you can do it.
I don't know what materials you use but I found that Wiley was the way to go for me. Work those MCQ's until you puke. On the first go around, write down the reasons why you missed the questions. Before the second go around, re-read those notes before you work the questions again. On the second pass, again write down the resons for any questions missed. On the third time through, you will likely know the answers already. Your mind will transitiion from struggling to find the correct answer and will then begin reminding you why that answer was correct.
