Anyone have any advice on how to be awake for the “E” of the ELL plan!? Now I know the obvious ones of go bed early, power down your electronics at night, etc. but I am looking for advice from those of you who consider youself NOT a morning person! I want to wake up and study but I am horrible in the mornings. I might wake up for the alarm to study but I have yet to actually get out of bed. The late nights are killing me studying and I am just trying to find ways to space it all out 🙂
