Hey guys, quick question.
I just found out my score for REG and I failed the exam by 2 points. If you read my other response in the REG exam thread, I felt absolutely confident I passed the exam but I was absolutely boggled when I found out I didn’t pass. I was actually stronger in all of the MC and comparable in one section and weaker in the SIMS. I used the research authoritative literature for all the SIM questions so I’m still not sure how I managed to mess up the SIMS so bad because I felt so confident answering them using the research tool.
Anyways, I plan on taking REG and BEC in the Oct./Nov. window and wasn’t sure what I should take next.
On one hand, I can either take REG in the beginning of Oct., then take BEC sometime in Nov.
On the other hand, I feel like studying for BEC now for the next month and then taking it in early Oct. with REG following it later in the month or in Nov. The reason being is that just by looking at the REG material, I feel I am doing the same thing and already know the answers to most of the questions because I just took the exam.
The dangerous part is forgetting the REG material between now and then and risk trying to relearn the material. However, I think if I study for BEC now, that I can review the REG material in only 2-3 weeks and take it at the end of the window so I can find out my score in early November.
Cliff Notes:
-Failed REG exam
-Re-study REG now and retake in early Oct.?
-Study BEC now and take in early Oct., and then re-study REG for 2-3 weeks and take in end of Oct./Nov.?
Thanks for any help.
