Hi everyone! I just found out I failed my first exam (AUD) with a 70 and need some advice. I studied so much for this test. I used Becker did every MC, SIM, and watched every lecture while stopping to take notes. During my final review, I redid every MC and SIM. I’m not sure what went wrong I felt pretty confident after the exam. Right now I am studying for FAR and was planning on taking it mid-january. Do I continue to study for my FAR exam or do I put this studying on hold and go back to AUD? Also, any study tips on how to overcome failing your first exam? Should I switch my study habits?

keep pushing forward. I failed my first as well and felt devastated I felt like I disappointed everyone. Change your study tactics, make flash cards, if you are hoping something doesn't show up on the exam study that!, use authoritative literature to look up answers in the SIMS, study during times your tests are to train your brain, focus on the topics and MCQs because SIMS are nothing like review materials.

I use Becker too. Just found out I passed FAR. I also took BEC and didn't study and I will have to retake it again. I ended up getting Rogers cram course to supplement for FAR and it helped a lot. I find the Becker people really uninteresting especially in topics that I already don't like. Even after I listen to them and take notes it would just leave my mind immediately. Roger on the other hand was able to captivate me long enough to get that boring info down. I think the key isn't just to study but find what makes it stick for you.

@darklordjonny Do you recommend buying the ninja scout or sniper package as an additional study tool for my AUD retake? Should I rewatch all the Becker lectures? Thanks again for your help!

I also used Becker on my first attempt as well and failed. @whoaisme you recommend roger for Far and Becker combined?
