I purchased the WTB around a month ago through the link on this website. Today when I tried to do some FAR questions (the only section I’ve worked with) it says it is expired. I thought the subscription I bought was for a year? What gives?

Have you contacted Wiley directly with your issue? Did you have another log in before, maybe used the wrong password? You are correct it should be good for a year. But it has nothing to do with this site, contact Wiley.

FWIW, I did download the WTB to my laptop just so I could do a few questions offline last night. Does this make the online WTB expire immediately? If so, is there a way to reverse this without paying beaucoup bucks? Thanks…

FWIW I think it is an online WTB glitch. I called support and while on the phone I tried to log back in to the online WTB. I did not get the expiration message this time and all is well. The support rep said that I was the second person complaining of this and he is submitting a ticket to get it looked at. For now, though, it seems to be working…

Also, for some reason I could not log in using Internet Explorer at home, so I always used Firefox at home. But at work I was able to log in using Internet Explorer. I have no idea why, maybe different versions. But look out for that too. Glad your problem may be resolved soon.
