    How do you guys exercise while studying and working full time? Where do you find the time? I feel my health deteriorating as I go through this process and it is driving me nuts. Squeeze it in early in the morning? Right after work and stay up even later studying?

    I go for walks at night with my bf and keep a yoga mat in my study room, and take yoga breaks. Starting to add the gym this week. It does take a lot of time.

    Used CPA Excel solely for all exams.

    I take my tablet to the gym and practice MCQ on the treadmill or the stationary bike. Also, I do a couple of sun salutations on my yoga mat at home when my mind starts to wander.

    Sit on the floor for 10 minutes a day… then transition into stretching.

    I get off work at 3:30 (NFP company so no OT) and then workout for 20 minutes. Afterwards, I go to the library. You would be amazed how much 20 minutes makes a difference.
