If you are reading this post, and you have taken the CPA exam and you didn’t get a passing score. DO NOT GIVE UP. Take a look at my signature, seriously, take a look. It took me 4 times to pass REG, AUD, and FAR, and 3 Times for BEC. If I can pass this dang test, so can you. Here are my steps to be successful when taking the CPA exam.
1) TAKE NOTES: Take notes, take notes, take notes, I don’t know how many Composition Notebooks I filled out, but I did. I took notes on the Becker books. What do you takes notes on? Just the main topics, write them out, and then leave a page or so at the end of each section to take notes on the Homework you get wrong. TAKE NOTES.
2) Do Homework Questions. I never did any of the supplementary questions for Becker, I focused my energy mainly on the Main homework questions. If I got it wrong I would write down the explanations as to WHY it was wrong, and WHY the answer is the answer.
3) remain positive at all times. I cannot stress this enough, if you become negative at all just take a break. Do something you enjoy get your mind off of studying for a bit and come back. I would take a long hot shower if I was getting negative. Even during the exams STAY Positive
4) make sure you give yourself enough time to cover all the chapters. Sure some people can take 2 weeks to study for FAR, but I needed at least 1.5 months to study for it. I didnt book the exam until I went through the material once.
5) DON’T GIVE UP. If you want it bad enough, and you put in the time and effort you WILL pass.
BEC: 73,78 79
AUD: 60, 60, 70, 80
FAR: 49, 64, 71, 82
REG: 68, 68, 73, 78DONE.... OMGFG DONE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Well 2 ethics tests to take.
