Anyone else a little disappointed with their 2012 Yaeger HomeStudy purchase and the fact that inside is a note that says, “Your 2012 Wiley test bank CD will be shipped in mid-February.”

If I wanted to study from my 2011 Wiley test bank I would have bought 2011 Yaeger material off Ebay and saved myself $400. Did anyone else buy this new material for a test in February and feel a little ripped off? They still do not include anything about this on their website. How hard is it to tell your customers they won’t be getting what they pay for? Oh wait, that’s right, because if you were honest we might not buy it.

I hate to call a company that helped me pass an exam deceptive but I feel like this is awful customer service. Where else can you buy time sensitive material and when it arrives you are told it will be shipped a month later?

Wow, I've had some good customer service experience with Yaeger, but that isn't cool. Did you email their customer service department and let them know your complaint?

You can get Yaeger 2011 on Ebay and save some cash if you really want. And just buy the Wiley online test bank from Jeff. Sometimes he has deals.

Wow – that's not cool that you didn't have any warning about that. I would be upset, too.

I have had to contact Yaeger customer service a couple of times, and it is not good. It's a shame b/c the course is fantastic.

Yaeger customer service has been amazing to me in the past. I called at the beginning of January asking if my material had been shipped and they said not yet, but they will get mine shipped and I got it two days later. I ordered the now & then program so I don't think I get a new Wiley test bank, but the 2011 one will work just as fine for me.

But hope you figure that out, I'm sure they weren't trying to be deceptive, they've honestly been so good to me ever since I bought the program in August.

Its not out yet. I am sure if it was released they would've have sent it to you. According to Amazon it will not be released until 2/14/12.

On another note I am irritated that the 2012 online test bank won't be available until tomorrow, but I guest thats better than waiting another half a month for a hard copy.
