Different study strategy for different sections?

    Hello all,

I have passed 3 sections, and all that remains is FAR (which I just failed). I passed the other 3 sections with not great scores (all between 75-82). I was just wondering if your study strategies are different for each section, or much the same? I am thinking I need to focus on taking more notes as I really focused on just MCQ the 1st time I took FAR and really for the other 3 sections. Since it is far more material than any other section, maybe this is what will get me over the top.

It seems many people take notes on incorrect MCQ – this will be my focus going forward.

    Thanks!

I had to switch up my study plans/strategy for each exam. For REG I had to hear it over and over and over. For BEC, I had to draw pictures using the Organization charts in Word. For FAR I had to work problems, write an explanation in my own words in order to remember the concept. Some of the questions I got wrong over and over again so I went into a ton of detail and would write a page or two to explain one question to myself. And for Audit, I had to sing it! By the time I finished studying I could sing the standard audit report to the tune of the theme song for Gilligan's Island. I know that sounds crazy, but that's what worked for me.
