Ok I’ve been seriously thinking about purchasing the Cram course for FAR. I’m sitting on November 25th. Has anyone found them extremely helpful?

I was also thinking of ordering one for BEC since I’m sitting for BEC in January to go with my regular course I’ve already purchased.

What's your regular course? I bought the CRAM for FAR and I think more than the CRAM course itself helping me, a change of study habits helped me. I did learn some though from the lectures and different questions from Wiley. I had been doing Becker and I basically had them memorized and my mind would start wandering so it helped to do things a little bit different.

I am not familiar with the Roger review course, but I am using Yaeger HomeStudy and purchased the Cram for FAR which I take 3 days after you. I have been using the Cram some when doing MCQ's because it's easy to forget all the info if it's been more than a few days since I've looked at a topic. I have found it to be EXTREMELY helpful. It serves as a summary of all the topics and doesn't get too detailed like the HomeStudy does. Yaeger's is 16 hours long. I am doing a 4 day final review and will watch 4 hours of Cram each day. I am going to watch the lectures on topics I'm pretty comfortable with 4 days out and work my way down to the harder ones. That way I will be watching lectures on my worse topics the day before the exam.

Crams are supposed to add 5-15 points to your score. The way I justified spending the money on a Cram course was I'd rather pick up those extra points now and pass than to have to pay to take the exam again and deal with the headache of having to restudy.

Keep in mind this is my first exam and you have much more exam experience than me. But I know for me the FAR cram has helped to tie up some loose ends.

I used the Roger cram in the last week for REG—honestly, I wish I had gotten it earlier. and I am using it for Audit. I wish I had the $$ to buy the Audit course, of course since Audit is my archnemesis-(-not much longer!) but the cram is great. In fact, I wish I had come across Roger earlier. He suits me perfectly. He is upbeat, heck he has me laughing, and he keeps me engaged. He has great attention to detail.

I used the Yaeger cram for FAR and that helped me pass. Their notes for FAR were superb!

@Jomarie- I purchased Roger CRAM for both REG & FAR. It increased my REG score by 10 points (71 to 81).

The FAR Cram is broken down into bite sizes pieces of material, which I find helpful. I am waiting to hear back on my final results for FAR. I have gotten a 73 & 74 so far, but hopefully, Roger put me over the top.
