Is anyone else that uses CPA Excel having a problem streaming the lectures?? Mine are taking FOREVER. Every two words and it starts buffering. I’ve done everything that “support” has told me to do (clear history, update flash player, reset computer, log in and out)… I know my connection isn’t the problem. I’m so frustrated I want to cry 🙁

I had the same issue with Roger Review course last week. I called and they told me to update my flash player. I did that and havent had any problems since. You did that already so I am not sure whats going on. I feel for you thats the most difficult thing to deal with.

I had the same problem with CPA Excel. I followed all of supports instructions. I also thought it had nothing to do with my connection, after all I had just upgraded my plan, but it was! I noticed I had no problems with viewing the lectures in my room which is closer to my modem but always had an issue in my living room. For whatever reason the signal strength in my living room isn't always strong enough to view these lectures. Sometimes it works with no issues! Now once I click on the lectures and it begins to play I pause it and let the video load to a certain point and then push play again. This should stop the buffering. It's annoying but it works. I hope this works for you as well.

Thanks you guys! I hope it is a problem on my end, maybe it is a signal thing. So far today no problems so that's good! (except for getting a 74 on AUD… whole different problem)

I haven't had much in the way of problems with CPAExcel in the last year, I would assume it would be on your end in some way shape or form.
