I ordered the video gold medal CPA review course from CPA excel on the recommendation of a colleague at work (he knew I was considering Becker). They often have deals and sales, but their current deal features a “free” iPad mini for the first 100 people to take advantage of the offer. Last I checked, they had 20 units left. I called them today to check on the status of my unit and they are saying it is “4 weeks out”. I’ll update here when I get any updates about it… I already have an iPad mini and I use it to study the course while I’m on the go with great success. I plan on giving this second unit to my wife. As this is my first post, I’ll make sure to update my forum signature with my testing timeline and scores. I just started studying, and I plan to take REG first, in early February 2013.
