Changing Programs

I am switching programs from Roger to Becker. I have taken back to back CPA exams and I have failed both. Although he caters to my learning style, I am unsure if his test bank and questions are on par with other programs such as Becker which have stronger MC questions and simulations that you can practice with.

    FAR first attempt – 71

    BEC – 67

I got a 71 on my first attempt on BEC and I barely studied. This time with BEC I studied EVERYTHING full time for 3 months and only ended up with a 67. I am not sure how the exams are graded but I think it’s time for a switch.

Any thoughts or tips would be great from anyone who has changed programs!

There also seems to be a lack of transparency in how these exams are scored which is interesting.

    Unnecessary.

Try retaking both exams with whichever material is most fresh in your head, and then precede to retake the next one, this time supplementing the multiple choice and simulations with a Ninja or Becker test bank.

If you covered everything, and you have the concepts nailed, then simply expose yourself to more questions.
