Can a failed part be taken in the same testing window if it's the last part?

    Hey everyone!

    I tried to search for the answer for this question in the past forum posts but couldn’t find it.

    Can a failed part be taken in the same testing window if it’s the last part? or we should still wait for the next testing window?

    By the way, I am in CA and I am not sure if states are different on this issue?

    No, you can never take the same part more than once a quarter (testing window). Dumb rule in my opinion.
