Hi all,
I took Reg last wednesday and am taking Auditing next thursday.
I am in a fairly intensive review course through my school- we started studying for Reg about a month before the exam, and just finished up a tax/business law course through the masters program.
One problem with the way my review course is going is that I don’t get my Reg score until this Friday, which gives me 5 days (counting Friday + a day of travel / light review to get to the test center for AUD next thursday ) to really kind of see how well my studying worked out for REG… I felt bad about the exam because I looked up 5 questions I wasn’t so sure on and messed them all up, and the sims were much harder than BISK review materials. I took 3 BISK finals and scores 81/84/85, but the real exam felt so much harder. I feel like each testlet had 6-7 questions that pretty much had be choosing between two alternatives, or just flat out clueless on them.
Has anyone used Bisk? I can’t seem to find much on bisk and people’s recent experiences. I have heard they changed, but really have no idea.
Does anyone know how many times I should do MCQ? For Reg I did all 1000+ at least once, did 3 random sets of 80, and then completed 3 test final exams….but I still felt the test was hard.
I was also considering the Ninja notes, and was thinking about getting them for AUD if I failed Reg, but would only have 5 days to utilize them. Do users of ninja notes think that would be beneficial, or just wait for FAR/BEC to grab a supplement?
Thanks for reading. I get ranty 🙂
EDIT: If I don’t pass, it’s not the end of the world…I start at a big4 in August and will have access to free Becker, so if anyone has any Becker Vs. Bisk comparisons, I would love to hear them. I was thinking about ordering it through them soon anyway just to have more material…
