Hi Everyone,
I will be graduating December 2015 and would like to take my first test last January or early February, but I have several things I need help sorting out. Hopefully you guys can help me. I know the final decision is mines to make, but I want to make an informed decision. Here goes!!
1. Final grades are posted mid December, I will be send my application out the next day along with my transcript requests. How long on average should I estimate it will take to get my NTS?
2. If, I begin studying in November, is that enough time to study and take REG? I want to begin with REG because I will be going in public accounting where tax is all they do.
3. Should I wait until after busy season, Feb-Apr, before I take my first exam? The only reason I am considering this, is because I don’t know how the transition will be mentally going from a student to a professional.
4. How long should I give myself to adjust to working 60 hours per week and potentially studying while working long hours?
5. I will be using Ninja book along with Gleim MCQs, videos, and audio. Does this should like overkill? I wanted to use all Ninja, but I NEED videos not just power points and I could not download Ninja audio.
Thanks in advance for all help, encouragement, and advice.
