I expect to be putting in a lot of hours (including Saturdays) from January to March, intend to study on Sundays, and hope to sit for one of the exams in Q1. Has anyone done this before? Which exam would you recommend I sit for?

Potentially useful information: I passed REG this quarter and am trying to figure out what order to take the other three exams in

Hi, I took my first three exams during busy season last year. Was doing the M-Sat thing like you (maybe less hours, I don't know). I took them in the order: REG, BEC, AUD & FAR (after busy season). I would say between AUD and BEC, it probably doesn't make a huge difference. BEC is a little less in terms of amounts of material. However, it's more disjointed than AUD, so you may find it doesn't take any less time to go through.
If you have experience with auditing, I say go for it first. Otherwise, just flip a coin as it doesn't make a huge difference. You're wise to wait until after busy season for FAR.
