I keep going back and forth on when I should sit for my BEC retake. I received a 71 in BEC from my Oct. 2, 2017 test. I was lower in IT and cost accounting. I am taking FAR on Valentine’s Day and am wondering if I should try and squeeze BEC in before the testing window closes on March 10th. I am in public accounting and my will be at 11+ hours a day starting February 19th. Also between Valentine’s Day and March 10th, I have my husband’s birthday and my son’s 5th birthday. I have already passed REG and AUD and would really love to get this thing done asap. If I wait on BEC, I still want to take it before April 15th, but then I won’t get my results until June 29th. I could move FAR up, but I don’t want to risk failing both FAR and my BEC retake. I really only want to have to take FAR once! Advice? Input???

Take it. If you can afford it, might as well do it in this window. You'll get your score by mid-March, and if you don't pass, you can take it again in Q2.

I agree. I would go ahead and take it. It has the least amount of material- you should be fine.
