Would a study partner help with being more focused?

I don't think a study partner would help. I put everything I had into the last go around with FAR and I am feeling so defeated right now. I sit down to study and set up a MCQ quiz and then just log out. I have been able to pull myself out of this before but this time it's different. It's like my heart has finally given up and realized that maybe I CAN'T do this after all. It's really hard. =/

BaxterCPA. On April 1st, my boss decided to bring in my replacement. On April 1st I decided I was going to take the CPA exam. On 5/26 I took BEC after being out of school since 1994, and I passed. Now represent and persevere. Th blog's got your back.

@Beach Girl (and anybody else who has dealt with surgery and exams at the same time) how long did it take before you were feeling well enough to start studying again? I am having surgery on Friday, and although it is “only” an outpatient surgery, I have given myself Friday, Saturday, and Sunday off from studying. Obviously, the experience varies for everyone, but do you think I will be feeling well enough to start studying again on Monday?
