I’m using CPAexcel to study for REG (supplemented w/ Ninja notes and Wiley testbank) and just don’t understand the whole bankruptcy chapter. BUT… after turning to my dear friend google, I am happy to say that I may have pieced it all together.

I was directed to brooksattorney.com which provides a “Bankruptcy Relief Center” which includes a bunch of articles (written by the attorney himself) which breaks down Bankruptcy into pieces that I was able to digest and understand.

I’m sure there are other sites out there that will help in this subject, but I thought I would share this particular one. It doesn’t go through everything – but it breaks down the basics (terms and procedures) to get the gist of it and to help make you comfortable with the subject (in my opinion).
