Audit sims question – ratios, PPS, calculation stuffs

    Hi !

    So I am reviewing for AUD using becker and I have noticed that some of the sims particularly the ones w calculations are weird !!! I input the correct formula and get the answer BUT becker software will see them as wrong because of the rounding problems!! did anyone experience this before? do I have to use rounding excel formula every time when i computer percentage?? will I have this problem on the actual exam? 🙁

    Any input on this would be greatly appreciated !!! Thank you!!

    The software used at prometric is not the same, it just looks like it. Don't worry about it. They also manually grade sims when your score is close to passing.

    FAR - 71, 68, 74, (8/31/14) 78 ✔
    REG - 67, 71, 71, (10/18/14) 78 ✔
    BEC - (11/29/14) 86 ✔
    AUD - 73, (4/4/15) 86 ✔

    I can't believe this is over! 2 years and 3 months..

    I feel like on the exam they will tell you in the question. I have seen some calculations on my past exams and do not remember. But I have to say I did not spend time wondering how to round because it might have been in the directions.

    Try searching the forum because I have seen this question asked a few times.

    AUD - 73, 72 retake 7/2/2016
    BEC - 8/20/2016
    REG - TBD
    FAR - TBD

    I am so ready for this nightmare to be over. Been at this way too long.

    Thank you! I did read the questions; however, some of the sims did not mention anything about decimals or rounding up. I have also read some of the previous post regarding sims but most of them were for FAR. I just wanted to get a little insight from people who took audit !
