I’m unsure if I should put all energy in AUD for May (last day) or if I should wait until the first week of July.

Is the end of May reasonable?

Yeah, I think that's reasonable. It's one of the less massive ones as far as amount of material.

I only had 4 weeks to study for AUD, 3 of which were during busy season, so I say yes. It certainly wasn't my best score, but I passed so that's all that mattered.

Full disclosure – I am an auditor. However my exam had a significant amount of attestation questions so I don't really think being in audit actually benefited me at all on my exam.

Its all going to depend on how familiar you are with Auditing and how much time you have to study. I'm an auditor, so I did it in 4 weeks with studying part-time (and the last week was spent wishing I had scheduled it earlier). Someone else who knows very little of audit may struggle a bit with some of the concepts regarding risks and controls as well as the myriad of reporting requirements. You have six weeks, though. Go for it, and then focus all your energy on your FAR rematch in July.

Sounds like you already made your decision, but I say “do it,” also. I took a similar time frame last August when I did AUD while working full time (40 hrs per week), and I passed it. I'm doing FAR over about 7 weeks right now, and I wouldn't recommend that to anyone
