Okay so to date I have failed BEC and REG! I am currently using Becker for the most part and kinda of supplementing with Wiley and Jeff notes. I am slowly learning how I learn and have come to the conclusion that Peter O just aint for me. Every topic that he teaches I end up scoring weaker in :(. I think it is mainly due to the fact that Tim drills it in your head. So when I am on the exam I hear Tim in my head screaming BAE BAE!!! HA. So with this said I think I need to invest in an audio course. I have narrowed it down to yeager cram audio, bisk, and gleim. I am kind of leaning towards yeager only because of the length of the audio giving me the opportunity to listen to it over and over again. Any thoughts folks I really want to get past this exam.

Sorry to hear that you didnt make 75 on BEC this window. For my second take at BEC, I just redo all the Wiley test bank(twice), Wiley book questions (twice) and cpareviewforfree.com. I'm also a Yaeger user and I find the Gleim audio cd is boring and hard to follow. Good Luck.

If you're considering videos, I'm using Roger cram now for BEC and it's (relatively) interesting. Maybe Roger's regular study videos are good, too.

@gottagetmycpa, I've been using NIU Correspondence CPA Review for all 4 sections – that's an audit course and I think it is awesome. I highly recommend it!

Are we talking about audio as in cd or videos that come with yaeger homestudy? I have the old gleim audio cd that I tried to listen in the car but it's boring and not helpful at all. I watch all yaeger lectures one and do the recommended mcq. After all the recommended mcq, I hit all the mcq in Wiley test bank DVD twice and cpareviewforfree.com at work if I can find time. Don't bother to watch the lectures again for bec, just redo all mcq over and over again and spend more time on the wc in the actual exam. Hang in there!

I am actuall speaking of the audio CD's or mp3. I want something to do while I am doing other things (walking, @ work etc.) I though audio CD's would be the best to drill in the information. I see that yeager has the cram on audio so I thought that would be a good purchase.

@HumanPiranha I so agree. For Aud I focused on the HW % rather than the progress test which is a different approach than both BEC and REG that resulted in Fails!
