AUD and BEC left: Plan of Action?

So now that FAR and REG (which are deemed the hardest of the exams) are out of the way, I’m thinking about completing the exam before I start working on November 11th. I told myself if I passed REG, I’d try taking both AUD and BEC in October. Anyone have some advice for me? Not quite sure how to schedule them. Do you guys think I should study for both together or do them separately, one after the other. I could take BEC right around October 15th and schedule AUD for the first week in November. I’m just not sure though…

I would take them separately. If you started studying today you can complete each section with 5.5-6 weeks of studying time, one in mid-October and one in late November. If you can complete 1.5 chapters a week, you'll have 2 weeks of review time which I find is ideal.

I also have AUD and BEC to complete and wanted to do this, but I just can't push myself to do more than 1 chapter a week.

Becker, Wiley Test Bank, and Ninja 10 Point Combo!

    FAR: 89
    REG: 87
    AUD: 92
    BEC: 75
    Ethics: 90

I agree, I would take them separately. You have enough time for Mid-Oct and late November if you feel like intense study. Definitely doable.

    It begins with a 75

Thanks guys! Only problem is that I'm not quite sure how much studying I'd be able to get in once I start working on Nov 11. Training goes through Thanksgiving…

Thats why I would either take AUD early November or wait until the Jan/Feb window.

@futurecpa are you at a firm in NJ? I'm also starting on November 11 and training through Thanksgiving haha. Anyway, I agree with the others. It's definitely possible to study/review a few hours each night for a week if you take one mid-November instead. Plus it's just training so you're not dealing with the real work that begins December 2nd.

    FAR - 70, 83
    REG - 82
    BEC - 78
    AUD - 76

@wr07 Actually, my training is in the NJ office and I like in NJ, but I'll be working in the Manhattan office. It's a firm called EisnerAmper. How about yourself?

No way, I'm working at EisnerAmper, too!!! I'll be in the NJ office, but I remember you from the “study session” we had in July. Wow, small world. Anyway, congrats on being half way done! I think you'll be alright if study through the start of training.
