This is my first time siting in FAR, I just have a quick question if I will be allowed to use pen and paper (provided by Prometric obviously, if any) to solve the problems. I find it really easy to write down information and then solve it.

    Thank you

Specifically, you will get two laminated sheets and a wet erase marker.

Learn to write small, they give you 2 sheets (you can write on both sides) and if you fill them up (you get no eraser) you need to raise your hand and wait for more, while your timer is ticking down and the prometric worker takes her sweet time getting them to you.

    REG - Aug 30,13 Pass
    BEC - Oct 26,13 Pass
    FAR - Dec 4,13 Pass

I was actually reading through the Prometric list of regulations and things that they hand you before the test and realized that they will give you “test-center approved tissues.” I thought, hey, I'll grab some and use them as an eraser. The lady handed me two — I had to return the exact amount when I finished the exam, heh — and I used them a bit as an eraser, mainly for mistakes. Honestly, the four pages (two sheets, front and back) were more than enough for the computations I had to figure out.

    REG - 93 (7/30/13)
    BEC - 90 (8/19/13)
    AUD - 98 (8/31/13)
    FAR - 84 (10/19/13)
