I decided not to go with Becker due to the two big reasons: 1.) $$; 2.) Expires after 18 months.

For all we know, I might not pass the exam on my first try and possibly not pass within 18 months. And with that in mind, I don’t want to pay more money for renewal. So that’s why I chose CPAexcel because it’s like half the price of Becker and it expires 1 year AFTER you pass the exam. In other words, I can hold on to that thing until kingdom comes.

Anyways, who has used/or is using CPAexcel for the exam? You feel this review guide has been helpful? I don’t know what to say, but there were couple questions on the AUD exam that I had never seen being talked about in CPAexcel. Hopefully, that’s not going to hurt me much. But anyways, not sure if I bought the right material or not. Let me know what others think about CPAexcel.

“There is a God-shaped vacuum in the heart of every person, and it can never be filled by any created thing. It can only be filled by God, made known through Jesus Christ.” (Blaise Pascal) *Revelation 3:20, Isaiah 53, John 14:6, Ephesians 2:8-10*

I'm using CPAexcel. I prefer the program in conjunction w/ Wiley test bank. I personally feel that Wiley MCQs are more difficult, but I preferred using CPAexcel for sim practice because Wiley's research sims are pissing me off. But there have been many people to use CPAexcel alone and pass all exams (look at the student discussion in CPAexcel around score releases; many people post their study strategy for when they passed).

    BEC - 80
    AUD - 64, 75 - credit lost, 90!!
    REG - 73, 74, 83
    FAR - 61, 72, 85

Feels good finishing on my best note. Time to watch the mailbox.

CPAExcel user here. Started out with Gleim and that was completely not for me and way too detailed IMO (although many people say CPAExcel is too detailed). Worked fine for me on REG, but FAR is extremely cumbersome and detailed. I'm not sure you're going to get around that with any material you use due to the depth of FAR.
