I have been at this exam for a year now and have two parts down. My question is does anyone feel distracted at work over this exam to the point that it is affecting you at your job? It is so hard to study and work full time and sometimes I feel very distracted at work to the point where I just want it to be time to go home so I can hit the books. Does anyone else experience the same or similar?

Yep, I study at work all the time. I have my Roger book on a stand next to my computer… haven't had any questions about it yet, but I'd just say I look at it during lunch.

I still get all my work done.

Ummm yeah. It's sort of a joke between my boss and I at this point that until these exams are over, I'm not going to be the best employee or manager. My employees know it too. Oh well. It's one year. They'll survive.

I try to listen to the Ninja Audio when I feel the work I'm doing doesn't require too much attention. I feel the pressure when I'm at work and the energy to be studying actually gets to me, I know its crazy!. I'm one test away from finishing so I told myself that I will become the best employee at the company after I'm done but for now that's not the case.. I feel like I have put my career in a “small hold” to concentrate on studying.

I just have my last exam to take and then I m a free bird again. I feel now I m concentrating more and more on the exam and less on the work, even during spare time I don't have chit chat with colleagues, prefer to do mcq's or read something from the text book and write some small points in an excel file I have prepared as my flash card.

    BEC (Nov 12): 86

    Aud (Feb 13, May 13): 72, 83

    FAR (Nov 13): 83

    Reg (Feb 14): TBA
