As I sit here and read through this thread again, I think back to my diet today. 4 Reese peanut butter cups – 1 for each module that I finished today! Do I feel guilty, hell NO! I earned them. Do I feel good about getting through 4 modules in 1 day, hell yes! That is a record for me.

I tried to join in on the healthy fit thread, I was biking everyday, which did help me loose 5 pounds, but unfortunately for me it just didn't equate to a pass on BEC. To pass I have to sit my but in my office, day in and day out, and reward myself with chocolate and wine (after studying of course).

    AUD - Jan 9,13 Pass
    REG - Aug 30,13 Pass
    BEC - Oct 26,13 Pass
    FAR - Dec 4,13 Pass

I put on about 30 lbs after I quit smoking about a year ago and I am still trying to get it off and I just started studying for the exam this week and I am TRYING to put it into my study plan. LoL I know wishful thinking, HOWEVER I must say that doing a little bit of cardio and getting even just a little bit sweaty really does clear your head, it has always helped me get through finals week even if I just go run for like 10 minutes.

It's so easy to say, but to put it into motion is the really tough part lol

I'm too scared to check the scale. LOL.

What's worse is that there's a family wedding coming up. I'm going to look ridiculous. And Asian families are always so brutal when it comes to “constructive criticisms.”

    BEC (July 2013)
    FAR (OCT 2013)
    REG (NOV 2013)
    AUD (JAN 2014)

The CPA Exam is an opponent that not even the Fellowship of the Ring would want to come across.

    I have a long...long...journey ahead of me.

Guys! Since i made my post in this thread I lost additional 5lbs.

just STAY ACTIVE!! I run 2 miles everyday and I run 4 on sunday at a nearby hiking trail.

I still had enough time to study 10 hours a day! Put down the remote control. The junk food and live life!

    FAR 78
    REG 87
    BEC 78
    AUD 78
Passed all exams on first try! Good luck to everyone!

@wannabe Congrats! I hope to be saying the same thing in a few weeks. 🙂

I have also gained about 10 pounds since I started studying. I am going to start Insanity again tomorrow though and keep on going even if I found out I failed my exam. It is so hard to work out when you feel you should be studying. But it is my last exam so I am going to allow myself as much time as it takes even if I wait until the last day of November! i definitely want to lose this weight (want a passing score more but still). Good luck to everyone.

    B-Passed
    A-Passed
    R-Passed
    F-Passed
