6 hours is my max! I literally start losing brain cells and there is absolutely a “law of diminishing returns” with CPA prep.

    Right there with you guys.

Studied from 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM yesterday (with breaks here and there). Going on hour five today. Studying all day tomorrow. Studying every night after work, taking a few days off to study, and studying all day on the weekends until February 28th.

Can't wait to get this last exam over with, REG is killer!

@make_yourself… couldn't agree with you more as far as REG being a killer. I can't wait to get this over with. Hopefully in two weeks you and I will be done with this journey. I sure hope so.

I think I'm going to need some luck to pass REG, this has been my most difficult section to study for.

As for studying all weekend… I am in the boat with everyone else. 7 days a week and the studying just gets more intense as exam day approaches. 9 days until REG… time to crank up the studying to the maximum level. Bring it!

I take FAR on Saturday and my eyes are blood shot. I can't remember half what I'm reading and am starting to feel really insecure about the exam. Having to work 45 hours this week is not going to improve my confidence level.

My weekend started Thursday (still a student)… and since class ended on Thursday I think I've studied a total of 35 hours. Not always the most efficient studying.. but still a lot of time. Test on Friday!

Good luck everyone else testing this week! Here's hoping all of our hard work pays off!

@makeyourself @mdrobbin- I am also studying for REG and it's terrible! I move on from a chapter thinking I have it down and then a few days later, I start stressing out thinking I can't remember anything. The amount of material is ridiculous and the rules are so similar that they throw me off. 10 days!

I have been studying all weekend! (just takeout and water). It is Monday 9:15 am and I have been at it for 3 hours already. I am about to tap out because I feel tired and have all these chores and errands to do (laundry, grocery shopping, clean the house). I really can't multi task, if I shift my focus from studying to anything else, thats all it will take for me to stop studying. I am not in the final stretch like many of you are, my exam is not until April 1st (and I am really considering bumping it up two weeks because I feel so lost). Anyways, I was about to give up for the day until I received this in an email:

“The future you see is the future you get.”

I definitely see the letters C P A after my name.

So I guess I will keep chugging along…..

@syllo2012 I disagree about moving your date already! This will just push back AUD and the rest… you still have a ton of time for FAR! Also, if you keep that same date, you won't slack off thinking you have two months, you can do work tomorrow, or do this and this instead. Keep the date and give yourself a few weeks to finish all material and two weeks to review constantly!

You are absolutely right. I was letting my nerves get the better of me. During the weekend I invested in the NINJA 10 Point Combo and started doing it the NINJA way. I will be done with nailing the videos this week and next weekend will start doing MCQS non-stop. I listen to and read the Ninja notes every night and practice the Ninja Flashcards every free chance I get (I swear I am not being paid for this announcement..lol). I am feeling more confident now and God willing, will pass FAR April 1st!
