Everyone, i will be appearing for 4 parts in 10days starting of with FAR followed by AUD BEC and REG, i would probably have 2-3 days gap in between them. I studied for about 6 months (avg 3 hours/day) used Roger couldn’t have ever covered the whole syllabus with any other review course I guarentee you…solved all the wiley mcq’s and important topics simulations moreover, tried solving software questions but I feel solving more questions isn’t going to help..

I would probably be sharing 4 parts exam experience with all of you, would appreciate your comments and support..

I have few questions on my mind:

    What to revise??

FAR (leases, bonds, I/S, B/S, Business comb.,stockhlder equity, govrn a/c..omg there is so much!)

AUD (internal control what exactly sales/purchase cycle, audit evidence, risk, reporting??

REG (i would probably emphasis on individual/ corporate/partnership/sales contract and Ssec1933/34)

BEC ( i already forgot what I studied!!)

I am little..ok..pretty much pyched up but very determined, hopeful and positive that CPA exam is just about disciplining yourself and could be passed in one attempt!

    expect the best
    be prepared for the worst
don't give a damn on what others think &
    do your own thing....

Interesting way to tackle the exam. What was the purpose behind studying all at once instead of going from one test to the next? You certainly arent saving yourself any time and I would think you would be putting yourself at a disadvantage by keeping four sections in our head at once. Curious to see how it ends up. Good luck!

Holy $#!@! Well the best suggestion I can give is:

    https://www.aicpa.org/BecomeACPA/CPAExam/ExaminationContent/ContentAndSkills/DownloadableDocuments/CSOs-SSOs-Effective.7-1-11.pdf

Print these pages out, tape them to your desk/wall/bathroom mirror(s) and go for it.

I have to assume the only reason you're doing this is because you paid for them and your NTS is expiring? This will be a trip for sure, the odds are against you, but you may be pleasantly surprised. Take advantage of all the personal time & vacation time you can (if you're working). The mind can retain a surprising quantity in a short of amount of time if you pace properly. Best of luck buddy.

@almond – @zee has been studying for 6 months, so this seemed to be his/her plan all along.

Thanks guys for your input, AlmondCoins is right.. I'll be travelling to US just to write these exams, I thought what the heck lets try all four together and see if i am lucky enough to pass atleast 2.

    @Mr. Mini

Yes I planned it quite well since it was almost impossible to manage all of them together and at times i thought its not worth it but no doubt the studying was painful but i am atleast confident that I have gone through all the CPA content.

non for profit and gov would be a gd idea .

audit – communication between auditor and personnel @ the auditee

    reg – tax only !

BEC … it doesn't matter … you will feel like you never studied whatever questions or topics u will get in ur exam anyways

    two to go !

Good luck – please let us know how you do! You are very brave for tackling all 4 at once but of course I live in the US and don't have to travel to take the exams so I'd probably use a similar plan if I had to spend the money to travel.

I agree with FindaJob about BEC – I've failed it twice and both times felt like I studied for the wrong section so just do your best.

for REG – I disagree with the tax only emphasis – there is a ton of business law that you need – make sure you know the 1933 and 34 act and also contract law and agency. I would emphasize partnership taxation over individual and corporate.

For Audit – your plan is good – Internal Control and Audit evidence should definitely be revised. I feel like the transaction cycles repeat themselves so once you get one down, the others are similar.

I have no advice for FAR.

    GOOD LUCK!!!

    I passed in 2012!

    BEC - PASSED - I'M DONE!!!
    AUD - PASSED (finally!!)
REG - PASSED (Twice - lost credit first time)
    FAR - PASSED!

    @zeetheboss,

Best of luck to you. I have a cousin in London who attempted exactly what you are doing back in 2008. He passed all but REG in one shot. He got a 74 (can you believe it?). Unfortunately he was not able to pass REG in another attempt later that year. Much harder than what those of us in the U.S. have to contend with. I have great respect for international candidates who have to take the exam so quickly. Again, good luck!

    R (07/02/12) 77
    F (08/29/12) 69 Retake 2/27/13 80
    B (10/22/12) 79

Wow! Good luck. If you can remember most of the material and pass the test, you must have a great memory and be very smart. I have always been amazed at cpa test candidates who are able to complete all four exams in one test window.

F - Passed...THANK YOU, LORD. GLORY TO GOD.
B - Passed...THANK YOU, LORD. GLORY TO GOD.
A - Passed...THANK YOU, LORD. GLORY TO GOD.
R - Passed...THANK YOU, LORD. GLORY TO GOD.

I COULD NOT HAVE DONE THIS WITHOUT MY LORD. THANK YOU.
