36 hours until my last CPA exam?

Hey guys! Had a really rough weekend and could use some encouragement from the A71 community. My final exam (AUD) is on Tuesday at 8am. I just found out yesterday that my brother got engaged to his girlfriend who, in my opinion, is the rudest, b****iest person on the face of this planet. Compartmentalizing things in my life is something I need to work on, so this has been a weekend full of distractions, and I’ve fallen behind in my last few days of prep. In addition, they’ve been doing construction outside my place for the last couple months, which hasn’t made studying any easier. I’ve been going to my dad’s office to study to avoid the noise and also because there aren’t any distractions, such as Wi-Fi that I can connect to in order to check Facebook. This weekend, they decided to do construction in the office above my dad’s, so I wasted a bunch of time yesterday and today driving there only to have to drive back home. Finally I went there tonight, and luckily they had left by about 5. As some of you know, I had surgery a couple weeks ago. I cannot carry things in my pocket, because they bang against my leg and cause a lot of pain. So I went into my dad’s office, carrying the keys in my hand and set them on the table. I went outside after taking a practice exam to take a break and check my phone (which I leave in my car when I study) for any messages. And yep, you guessed it…I locked myself outside with my computer and all my study materials inside. So I can’t get access to them until 6am tomorrow when the building unlocks. needless to say, I feel absolutely frustrated. I need a break from life!

Based on your scores, you will pass. However, if you're going for the EWS award, I might be a bit mad about the construction and such. At this point, not much you can do.

    FAR - 84
    AUD - 94
    REG - 86
    BEC - 86

Got to love Murphy's Law anything that can go wrong will go wrong BUT your scores are amazing and you can beat Murphy's law. If worse comes to worse go to a pharmacy get some ear plugs. I hope that I can use your path because you've already kicked 3/4 of this exams behind…now its time to bring it home.

Once your done you'll actually be able to breath again

    FAR: April or May 2014
    AUD:
    REG:
    BEC:
    Scared: 100

FAR first and only attempt: 2014 Wiley textbook, 10 Pt Combo, and WTB

I only get one try to have to give it my all and try to get 75 on my first go around.

-The only thing that stands between you and what you want out of life is the will to try and the faith to believe it's possible.

Thanks, guys!!! Btw, Inferno, I'm a bro. 😛

My usual strategy for the day before an exam is to spend the whole day going over my handwritten notes, but AUD is SO boring that I haven't been able to get anywhere. I've decided to scale it back and just review the report contents and standards for GAAS, attest engagements, etc. I've been averaging 85% on Wiley questions, and I got a 94% on the first Becker practice exam last night, so I think I should be able to pass without any additional studying.

Can't believe that in 24 hours, I won't have to worry about studying anymore (at least until November 1 when scores come out)!!!
