    Hey Jeff, I thought the changes took effect in Q2 of 2017? Q1 was supposed to be the last of the old way before the changes no?

    So can someone explain the logic behind complaining that there arent enough CPAs, and that a majority will be retired within 15 years, but then making the test harder? It's truly lost on me.
