I just lost my REG credit. Really wanted to quit CPA exam for good. But now its all about respect. I want to pass this exam to get my respect back. Exam is changing and the worst part is to get the result in 10 weeks which is insane. I want everyone to write email to AIPCA to extend 18 month window to 24 . We all are getting insane by not balancing study,work and family. Also i am going to write in the suggestion box which we get to write after the exam.

So sorry to hear that you lost the reg credit.. and I understand that you want to quit for good… I feel same.

Anyway anyway… What!!! 10 weeks wait to get the result? It's just so not right. It makes me so mad. Just waiting for days drive many candidates crazy. I was sure that I had a small depression each time because of this waiting rule. The test is graded by computer so why we have to wait? I don't understand it at all. (I took enrolled agent exam at prometiric many years ago, and the result was handed to me by staff when I was signing out. No stress )I don't understand what AICPA really wants from this entire change. I want to request the permanent credit for each section! Not 18 months or 24 months.
