15 minute break

Taking REG in two weeks (first time with the New exam) and I’m curious about this freebie 15 minute break.

Can I just sit there while the time is paused and just chill in my seat?

Is it mandatory to leave the room if I don’t need to take a restroom break? (The process of signing in/out with the signatures and finger printing is too much for my taste lol)

Can I use that time to gather my thoughts and write extra notes on my note card?

What have you guys done/plan to do?

You will want to verify when you get there I think or if someone else here knows for sure, but I'm pretty sure I remember the message telling me that I needed to leave the room during my break.
