Just curious – Which other states are there, if any? I know MA offers a non-reporting license option that “allows you to use the CPA designation and perform all accounting services except signing off on financial statements.” – https://www.cpatrack.com/becoming_a_cpa/certification_licensure
And Colorado is another state that allows one to obtain a CPA license with 0 experience (unrestricted I believe) if applying under “education in lieu of experience” (150 credit hours but need 6 auditing credits and seems to be very specific in terms of types of courses needed)
