I'd give up all my absolute favorite comfort foods for a year. It may not sound like much but giving up pizza, anything chocolate, mac ‘n cheese, Diet 7UP, Sugarfree Red Bull, and endless lattes would just about render me useless.

Plus, I wouldn't mind losing the 9 lbs that I gained studying so far thanks to this fast (and then some!).
