When I found out that I failed AUD with a 74 I felt like a big, stupid loser. When I found out that I passed FAR with a 75 I felt like an awesome winner! I could not believe it when I saw that 75!
I did not tell my family when I got my AUD score. I figured that I would wait until I got my failing FAR score and then I wouldn’t have to deliver bad news twice. I was so excited this morning to tell my husband that I actually passed one exam but he was disappointed. He couldn’t believe that I failed AUD and just barely passed FAR. I told my 17 year old too and he was embarrassed. He can’t believe that I failed a test. He asked me if I have to tell anyone what my score is on FAR because he figures that it would be embarrassing to say I only got a 75.
It’s like I always say – whenever you are looking for love and support, the last place you should turn is your family. 🙁
I can be my own cheerleader though! I just passed my first section of the CPA exam! YAHOO!!! Now I am super motivated to conquer REG next. I don’t ever want to have to take FAR again!
AUD 74, 83
