I’ve heard that the date of score release will be earlier not like last three windows in 2011. when do you think the wave 1 cutoff date ? Normally it was the first week of second month, this time will be same?

I believe the cut off is Oct 31st, scores should be appearing within two weeks, and every two weeks thereafter.

So does that mean that if I take an exam before Oct. 31st, I will get the score back in Nov? Is that what is meant by the 1st wave? I'm a newbie to the CPA so I don't understand the “waves”.

No it means you have a good chance of getting your score in Nov but theres a chance you will wait until Dec. Last year when they did the waves it was brutal to presume to be in wave 1 but have to wait until wave 2.

So since I'm sitting for Audit on Oct 25th, there a chance I may have a early B-day present? My B-day is Nov 14th.
