Journey started January 2013 and it might end in 14 hours. I am excited and at the same time it’s a weird feeling because it has been so long. I feel pretty confident about my Audit exam so I am expecting a passing score but who knows. I have been holding off on making commitments such as going back to the gym and other things until I receive my score because I don’t want to make major lifestyle changes and have to go back to studying.

Who’s waiting on their last score? How long have you been on this journey? How you feeling about this situation and about your exam?

I can't believe this is over! 2 years and 3 months..

I also started January 2013. I think I did pretty good on BEC MCQ but not the written part. I am hoping this will be my last exam….very nervous…not very productive at work today. As soon as I am done, I will need to get back in shape. This exam is making me very unhealthy.

Started January 2012. Thought it would be a good idea to add it to my Masters program for some reason. Waiting on my REG results right now while I started up one of the last 3 classes for my grad degree.

I was also waiting on the results before I get into the gym again…but I've since changed my mind and can't wait. I'm going tomorrow morning before I even bother checking my score.

My journey started with my first exam in August 2012. I didn't pass my first until July 2013 and in 12 hours I may have passed AUD to complete the four. If I fail, I'll need two more exams by July 31. Fingers crossed. Best of luck to you all!!

Started in September 2011. I am really praying for an after midnight release because if I see a passing score, I will not be able to hold back my tears. I just want to be home whether it is a ‘not yet' or ‘finally' score.

My journey started really in 2008 when I began work in big 4 audit. Back then I found it almost impossible to study and pass the exams while working 90 hours per week. In 2010 I took a job as a portfolio analyst at an iBank and from then on never put any thought into ever working in public accounting again.

Over the past couple of years, the whole CPA thing started gnawing at the back of my brain. I had spent 5 years in college (5 year CPA combined masters program), and 2 years going through absolute hell in big 4 audit (the worst 2 years of my life). I figured that since I'd completed 90% of the work on the road to becoming a CPA, I might as well finish the exams and get the designation.

To be honest, I'm not sure if I will ever use it, but what the hell….It will be a feather in my hat that I will be extremely proud of. Started studying at the beginning of last summer. Knocked three exams out in a 6 week period. Schedule my last (Audit) for January 2015. Took it on the 20th.

Felt really good coming out of the testing center, but I know by now that these exams are more unpredictable then my last girlfriend 🙂

I'm really praying for a PASS. I think this could either be one of the best days of my life, or one of the worst. Whatever transpires in 12 hours, I'm sure I will remember this day for a long time to come.

Good luck to all who are awaiting your final score. Only us poor CPA candidates will ever really understand the sacrifice that goes into these three letters……

I have two left , and taking one next Tuesday Feb 10. My 3 year old daughter has been complaining and crying to mom and I lately that dad is always “disappeared.” She looks for me in the middle of the night to make sure I'm not gone. To say that I'm ready for this to end is an understatement. Good luck to you all.
