    Since today is the last day of the testing window, how are you all planning on killing time until scores are released next week?

    Since REG was my last section, I’m getting caught up on TV shows I’ve been missing since May and reading until my eyes burn! Seriously, I started reading “The Hunger Games” and I CANNOT put it down!

    I also discovered just how out of touch I’ve been with the world… I just found out that FOX cancelled Lie To Me back in May. (Those bastards!). I wonder what else I’ve missed in the last six months lol

    @Jeff, Yeah, you are the one who mentioned her long time ago and I checked her out, she is awesome. Thank you Jeff!

    @David, you are so funny, but not a bad idea with before and after pic LOL.

    Ohh it's feels so great to wake up and not to think about anything else but studying.

    I started studying for the CPA exam in June of this year. I got married in July. Lets just say my husband has been very neglected during this entire process. Right now I'm taking a break from all studying and giving him my 100% attention. I can't wait until this entire process is over so that I can finally enjoy being a newlywed :/

    @CPAhopefulTX, congrats on getting hitched! I completely admire you attacking the CPA in the midst of newlywed bliss! I'm not married, but I can relate since I've only been seeing my boyfriend once a week since starting the CPA studies. Thank goodness for supportive and understanding partners!

    @David, I plan on doing the before/after shots and use them as a PSA… “this is what the CPA does to your body” type of deal lol

    The string of texts were definitely funny. I am having a hard time believing they are real though.

    My BEC score was posted this past Monday but I didn't look at it until yesterday afternoon….I sat for FAR yesterday and I was afraid to see a failing score (yet again) because I would lose my motivation to study. But I passed the beast finally!!!!! I've got one to go and I'll know next week. NASBA has moved into the 21st century. So I've been spending my free time studying (I'm a sick puppy) because most likely I will have failed FAR and I want to make sure I don't forget a thing until I take the retest in January. I'm fairly certain I didn't do well on the sims and the questions on the test seemed like they were from outerspace…I'm hoping these were the pretest. Does anyone know how many of the sims count? Does the authoritive lit sim count as much as the other portions or are the sims weighted?

    @Sherrid

    How many sims does FAR have, 7? If so then I think 6 count? Not sure…

    I'm going to be spending my “free” time cleaning…cleaning…cleaning…did I mention cleaning? I really need to go through everything that I just let pile up these past few weeks…

    It would be nice to get back to doing puzzles…playing the piano…reading…just being able to go out and take care of errands at normal hours…and have time for my family!! etc. etc etc.

    I did the same thing. LOL!!! But for me, I am glad I didn't look at my REG score before I sat for Audit because it was a big fat no-go 72!!!!!! It would have taken me out of my game for sure. Glad you got good news !!!

    ~

    Well, yesterday I used one of those groupons gathering dust in my account. I got my hair cut and colored (finally!!!! I was looking haggard)…..they even gave me a paraffin wax hand treatment, woohoo! Felt good not to be studying….and it felt good not looking like an old lady. ( but I guess I kinda am) Other than the pampering, I am just working alot–or at least trying to. I just finished writing a Travel and Entertainment policy—-just feels good to have a task and see the results in a fairly quick manner –I know you guys know what I mean. Although for me the party is over next Monday when I start attacking that SOB REG. Damn he is a pisser!

    Enjoy the time off everybody!
