Jeff, I get the bordeline status but how can they release only 5k reg scores on wednesday and release the borderlines on friday? i might be subjective but weren't all the other 3 exams released on 2 separate batches?

I should add that I don't think all REG scores were borderline because of the fact that only 1/2 or so were released. Good point.
